A Grandma's Special Moment

Today I was helping my oldest son at his house, and my daughter-in-law (my youngest son's wife) stopped in after church. She had my grandson along. He is so cute! He just turned a year old 2 weeks ago. He has been walking around the furniture for several weeks but still has not let go. I asked her if he started walking yet. She said no.
I went in the living room and my husband was holding him. He put him down on his feet and I said "come to grandma".
My husband left him go and he took his first steps right into his grandma's arms! I was so excited. I turned him around and he took a few steps back into his grandpa's arms.
Wow! That just made my day. Then we got a few toys out and played for a little while until his mom was ready to go home! I'm sure there was some excitement later on when he got home and took his first steps into his daddy's arms!
